Paris, June 2025 – Pubstack, the leading Enterprise Monetisation Management Platform for publishers, announces a major strategic milestone with the appointment of Hervé Brunet as CEO. Already an investor and board member for the past four years, Hervé will officially take on the role in June 2025 to lead the company’s next chapter of growth. His appointment marks a key step in Pubstack’s ambition to scale internationally while strengthening its position as a trusted technology partner for publishers.
With Hervé Brunet stepping into the CEO role, Pubstack enters a new phase of strategic acceleration. This next chapter—developed in close alignment with the founders—is designed to build on the company’s strong foundation and amplify its ambition to become the go-to monetisation platform for publishers.
A successful entrepreneur, Hervé was co-founder and former CEO of StickyADS.tv, a leading video SSP built to serve premium publishers, which was acquired by Comcast for $110 million in 2016. He later led the global advertising strategy (TV and digital) at the media giant, overseeing a business line generating $20 billion in annual revenue.
An active investor and board member at Pubstack since 2021, Hervé now formally takes on the role of CEO to strengthen the leadership team and drive the execution of a shared strategic vision. His experience in scaling organisations and leading international expansion across Europe, the United States, and Asia will be instrumental in delivering the new roadmap co-developed with the founders—while ensuring Pubstack stays true to its mission.
“I’m honoured to join Pubstack at such a pivotal stage in its journey. The team has built a powerful platform that addresses the core challenges of monetisation and publisher independence. My goal is to structure and scale this momentum, industrialise innovation, and unlock new opportunities—both in France and globally.”
— Hervé Brunet, CEO of Pubstack
Monetisation Manager, Pubstack’s orchestration platform, integrates dozens of advertising tools into a single interface, simplifying operational workflows and helping publishers significantly grow their revenues. Since its inception, Pubstack has analysed over €600 million in advertising revenue generated by thousands of publisher websites and optimised inventory for more than 100 media groups—including Les Echos-Le Parisien, The Independent in the UK, and Vinted.
Following a €5.5 million fundraising round in 2021 to support its technology roadmap, Pubstack expanded with offices in France, Southern Europe, and the UK. Today, more than 40% of its revenue is generated internationally.
The programmatic advertising ecosystem is entering a new era of convergence. Sell-side platforms (SSPs) and demand-side platforms (DSPs) are increasingly extending their capabilities, each needing access to the other’s data to optimise performance and deliver greater value to their clients. Positioned at the heart of this value chain, Pubstack restores balance by enabling smarter data sharing and more transparent, efficient collaboration between all stakeholders.
Pubstack’s ambition is to become a true full-stack platform—one that unifies strategic data to optimise the path between publishers and advertisers, empowering them to take full control of their monetisation, insights, and revenue management.
This leadership transition has been carefully prepared in close collaboration with co-founders Guillaume Polaert and Loïc Sfiligoï, who both remain fully involved in the company’s future.
Loïc Sfiligoï takes on the role of Chief Strategy Officer, continuing to oversee operational pillars and focusing on launching new offerings. Guillaume Polaert remains CTO, overseeing the technology roadmap and product development.
“Pubstack has grown quickly and with high standards. This next chapter, with Hervé by our side, will allow us to scale further while staying true to our DNA: helping publishers take back control of their monetisation,”
— Loïc Sfiligoï, Co-founder of Pubstack
“From our first discussions, we knew Hervé could bring structure and clarity to Pubstack’s growth. He’s a founder at heart, deeply knowledgeable about our industry, and—most importantly—a leader capable of guiding us through this next stage,”
— Guillaume Polaert, Co-founder of Pubstack
