PUBSTACK’s Marketplace operates in partnership with premium demand platforms, publishers and technology providers. To preserve a safe, compliant and high-quality advertising environment, all Clients using the Marketplace must comply with this Code of Conduct at all times.
By accessing the Marketplace, the Client confirms that all content, services and data practices comply with applicable laws and industry standards.
PUBSTACK may suspend or terminate access to the Marketplace in case of violation of this Code of Conduct, as permitted under its contractual terms.
The Client must ensure that no inventory page monetised through PUBSTACK contains or promotes prohibited content. PUBSTACK may reject, suspend or remove any page, site or ad unit falling under the categories below.
Content that insults, threatens or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, social origin, gender, religion, disability, age or sexual orientation.
Content that incites violence, crime or terrorism.
Content denying or trivialising war crimes or crimes against humanity.
Pornography, nudity, sexual acts, sexual accessories or highly suggestive content.
Fraudulent claims, deceptive formats, ambiguous offers, manipulative clickbait or content designed to mislead users.
Any content that harms PUBSTACK’s or its partners’ reputation.
Promotion of illegal products, services or practices.
Content violating anti-corruption or anti-money laundering laws.
Unauthorised use of trademarks, logos, copyrighted works or personal images.
Counterfeit products, pirated media or distribution of confidential materials.
Graphic violence, obscene imagery, disturbing scenes, gore, threats or dangerous behavior.
Promotion, sale or distribution of firearms, ammunition, explosives, knives or similar weapons.
Content promoting illegal drugs, recreational substances or accessories facilitating drug use.
Includes abuse of prescription drugs and products claiming effects similar to illegal substances.
Pages must not be directed at children under sixteen.
The Client must comply with COPPA and must not transmit any personal data relating to minors under sixteen.
Content for casual sex, infidelity, escort services, prostitution or mail-order marriages.
Malware, spyware, adware, viruses, forced redirects, auto-downloads or any technical threat.
Formats that disrupt user experience, including intrusive pop-ups, pop-unders or impression inflation.
Online pharmacies, prescription drugs, restricted medications, sexual stimulants, weight-loss claims or any product marketed to treat medical conditions.
Content supporting political parties, candidates, initiatives or political events.
Promotion of alcohol including spirits, wine, beer and similar beverages.
Content related to gambling, betting, lottery, get-rich-quick schemes or similar financial risks.
Promotion of smoking, tobacco derivatives, electronic cigarettes or vaping devices.
Religious advocacy, fortune-telling, astrology, tarot, occult practices or similar services.
The Client must guarantee that all ad calls, tags, scripts and creatives served through PUBSTACK:
• do not harm user devices or browser performance
• do not manipulate browser settings
• do not initiate unauthorized downloads
• do not create forced or fraudulent redirects
• do not inflate impressions or generate artificial traffic
PUBSTACK may block any creative or domain suspected of violating security standards.
The Client must comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, including:
• GDPR
• ePrivacy
• CCPA
• COPPA
• all local regulations applicable to users in the regions where ads are served
The Client must not transmit personal data to PUBSTACK unless legally permitted and contractually authorized.
PUBSTACK may take any of the following actions at its discretion:
• warning and request for remediation
• temporary suspension of domains or ad units
• permanent removal of the site or advertiser
• termination of access to the Marketplace
PUBSTACK may update this Code of Conduct to reflect regulatory, technical or industry changes. Continued use of the Marketplace implies acceptance of the latest version.
